Refund policy

Our customer's happiness is the most important to us. If you are unhappy with your item we will always try to accommodate you.

However, as these are handmade goods, refunds are only on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not always guaranteed unless something is seriously wrong with the item purchased (i.e. it was misrepresented on its product page).

Returns/Exchanges must be made at the buyer's expense in the original packaging, including all packaging materials and with a tracking number. The returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, and with tags still attached (if applicable).

Refunds/Exchanges will be given after the package is received, and the buyer is given less the cost of shipping if a refund has been agreed upon.

Casa Ojo is not responsible for damage, delays, lost/stolen packages during the shipping process.
