Our rugs are made from 100% naturally dyed wool, and is made by hand on a vintage wooden loom. Each rug is hand dyed and designed utilizing traditional techniques. Each rug (depending on size) can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months to make. Each rug is one-of-a-kind.
This rug depicts traditional symbols such as the stages of life with stairs of eternal life; what we are currently living and what we will live after this life. Seeds and leaves of the region, are flanked by water (grey stripes) and stripes of happiness (small black stripes).
